The shop where I ordered this dress from tend to order a size bigger than your measurements and tailor it down.

The only adjustments made were making the straps shorter to and they took the top in a bit to fit me. I also added the small white piece of material around the waist but this can be removed.

I am normally a size 38 or size 10-12
